A seller with more than five stores on Mercado Livre, Shopee and Amazon reconciled sales, stock, invoice and shipping-label spreadsheets by hand, without knowing the real margin of each marketplace and missing response deadlines for buyers and returns.

Custom web ERP built in stages over 20 months: stock with bulk entry, sales import by spreadsheet and by API (Shopee and Mercado Livre), profitability with each platform's real commission, FX variation for purchases in dollars, automatic invoicing through three issuers, a label organizer in picking order, a returns center, shipment monitoring and a unified message center with canned replies.
Description
TypeControl is the internal system of an e-commerce operation selling electronics through several Mercado Livre, Shopee and Amazon stores. It replaced a set of spreadsheets and became the single place where stock, sales, invoices, labels, returns and customer service happen. It is a closed system for the client’s exclusive use.
Key Features
- Stock: new, used and defective products, bulk entry via Excel/CSV, movement history, stale and low-stock alerts.
- Sales: spreadsheet import and API sync (Shopee and Mercado Livre), verification, dispatch with ship-by-date control.
- Profitability: daily, weekly and monthly reports, per product and per platform, with each marketplace’s real commission and FX variation for purchases in dollars.
- Invoices: automatic NF-e issuing through Bling and Olist and NFA-e through Receita PR.
- Logistics: label organizer (thermal PDF, Shopee 2x2 grid, picking order by SKU), Melhor Envio labels, shipment monitoring with a tracking timeline.
- Returns: unified returns center synced with both platforms.
- Message center: Mercado Livre questions, Shopee reviews and chats, with canned replies, tags and order data inside the conversation.
- Listings: listing management and stock shared across stores.

- Backend: Django 5 with Django REST Framework, PostgreSQL 16, Redis, Celery and Celery Beat for syncs, Django Channels for real-time notifications
