Who the controller is

MV Dev Solutions, a software development company run by Milton Vacari, serving clients in Brazil and abroad. Privacy contact: [email protected].

Data we collect

We collect only what we need to reply to you and to understand how the site is used:

• Contact and diagnostic form: name, e-mail, WhatsApp (optional), company or subject and the message you write.
• Along with the form: the page you were on, campaign parameters from the URL (UTM), your browser and a non-reversible code derived from your IP address (hash), used only against form abuse.
• WhatsApp: if you reach us through the button, the conversation happens inside Meta's app, under Meta's privacy policy. We keep the conversation history to serve you.
• Browsing: statistical and usage data collected by the tools described in the cookies section.

Why we use it and on which legal basis

• Replying to you and preparing a diagnostic or proposal: pre-contractual steps at your request (LGPD art. 7, V).
• Understanding how the site is used and improving pages: legitimate interest (art. 7, IX), with aggregated data and anonymized IP.
• Protecting the form against bots and abuse: legitimate interest.
• We do not sell data, do not send newsletters and do not e-mail marketing unless you ask for it.

Cookies: measurement and marketing

We use third-party tools in two categories. None of them receives what you type in the form, except where noted below.

• Measurement. Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC): pages visited, traffic source, device and events such as form submission or WhatsApp click, with anonymized IP and data kept for 14 months. Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation): heatmaps and anonymous session replays, with text fields masked. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• Marketing. Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) and Google advertising features: they measure ad results and let us show our ads to people who visited the site (remarketing). They are on by default and you can turn them off at any time; without them the site works normally.
• Server-side delivery. If you accepted marketing and submit the form, our server also tells Meta that a contact happened (Conversions API), with e-mail and phone turned into irreversible codes (hash) and an event identifier to avoid double counting. This is used to measure and optimize ads, not to send messages.
• You choose in the notice on your first visit ("Accept all", "Measurement only" or "Refuse") and can change it at any time through the "Manage cookies" link in the footer. The choice applies to this browser. Google also offers an opt-out extension at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Who we share it with

Only with providers needed to run the site and reply to you, each limited to its role:

• Amazon Web Services (São Paulo): hosting of the system that receives and stores contacts.
• Cloudflare: content delivery and protection of the site.
• Resend: delivery of the internal e-mail that notifies us of a new contact.
• Google and Microsoft: the measurement tools described above, which may process data outside Brazil under their own international transfer safeguards.
• Public authorities, when legally required.

How long we keep it

• Contacts and messages: for as long as the business relationship lasts and for the period needed to meet legal obligations or defend rights. You may request deletion earlier.
• Measurement data: 14 months in Google Analytics; Clarity recordings according to Microsoft's policy, generally 30 days.

Your rights

At any time you may request: confirmation that we process your data, access to it, correction, anonymization or deletion, portability, information about sharing and withdrawal of consent. Just write to [email protected]. We reply within 15 days. If you believe your rights were not met, you may contact the Brazilian data protection authority (ANPD).

Security

The site and the system that receives contacts use HTTPS, authenticated access and up-to-date servers. We store the minimum necessary: the IP address, for instance, is never stored in clear text.

Changes

This policy may change when the site gains new features or tools. The date at the top indicates the current version.
